Shipment
1. All items maybe shipped by DHL, Fedex, EMS, TNT, , UPS (take3-7workdays)and other Post service(take 10-15 workdays), all come with tracking number. Don’t worry, we’ll try our best to choose the best method for you. For some remote area, we may charge extra remote fee from you. Any more details about shipment could be discussed with us.

About customs, We are not responsible for buyer’s customs taxes, VAT, warehousing etc any cost. But we try our best to help buyer lower or avoid customs duties, usually write a value of USD $195.58-$223.68 on package and describe item as “Laptop”.

Free Operating System: Default installed our OEM window 10 pro English for free, if need other languages, please inform us which language you want to install.

2. DHL shipping to many countries cause customs tax, If you Choose DHL, the price not include DHL remote cost, custom duty, You may need arrange the custom clearance and pay for some tax, please kindly know it, many thanks.

About Shipping
We suggest the buyer make unpacking video when you receive the parcel. If the parcel damaged or empty, that’s the important evidence. If the parcel get strict inspected by custom.
