Other systems we can install for free are like Linux, XBMC(Kodi), Ubuntu, Openelec etc if you need, Supplier is not responsible and make no compensation for OEM system.
For RAM and hard drives, we use well-known brands: samsung, micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, critical, liteon, kingfast, phison, longsys, SCY, etc. What brand we use depends on our testing and inventory.
