If you received goods some is demaged, for keyboard, we can give you new key and mechanism to help you repair. other products, we can give you some discount in the next order. if some model can’t repair by yourself, send back to me, we can replace new models for you, If the goods within guarantee time.
We can accept sample order, if one model you need qty is large, we can give you free sample, but need deduct from bulk order.
If the value of the order is over 5,000 USD, we accept30% deposit before preparing order and70% balance before shipping. Otherwise, we only accept 100% payment in advance.
We will start preparing the goods as soon as we receive the bank slip of the payment.
