English version is for free, other languages can be selected amount Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Italian, Japanese, Turkish, Greek etc, Please inform us which language you want to install. Other systems we can install for free are like Linux, XBMC(Kodi), Ubuntu, Openelec etc if you need, Supplier is not responsible and make no compensation for OEM system.

1. We have an Official Fedex Express IP account which picks up the package that day and you will receive it about 3-7 days.
2. If you need to install Windows11, please note in the order. We will install OEM Cracked Windows 11 for you for free. Without remarks, we will install OEM Cracked Windows 10 by default.
3. Barebone Mini PC (“NO RAM SSD NO WIFI” bundle) package. DO NOT include RAM SSD HDD and WiFi(antennas), if you need WIFI, please pay extra US $6 at this link. Other bundles include WiFi(antennas).
4. DO NOT buy Barebone Mini PC (“No Ram SSD No WiFi” bundle)if you don’t know how to install the system. We can’t pre-install the system for you without a hard disk.
5. DO NOT buy “no ram no storage” bundleif you are not Computer Expert, PC demands professional skill to assemble. PC had best to use Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, etc original brand accessories, We DO NOT compensate for buyer’s own ram and hard drive.

1. Before you receives the goods, we go through three strict quality inspections, assembly testing, warehousing quality testing, and factory quality testing.

Mini Tree all computer provide 3 years warranty, within 1 year warranty period, repair or replace for free; the second year and the third year, we can repair it, but we will charge for the parts that need to change. Excluding damage caused by intentional damage, accidents, product misuse, or any unauthorized personnel attempting to repair or upgrade. Please provide us with a video proof, and we will provide a replacement after confirming the problem.
